*....or so the story goes. Once upon a time, Ryan suggested to Melissa that they start a 'blog'. To which Melissa said, "We are not blog people!" And so here we are. We are teaching ourselves photography, taking the camera everywhere with us. This little blog is meant to show off shots we are proud of, and to give you a glimpse into our adventures. Comments always welcome!

Well folks, this little blog is gonna be on hiatus until Jan 29th or so. Gotta pack up the computer and send it off to the new house. We will be back soon. We can't wait to get out and explore the new neighbourhood.

Locksmith For Hire

Slowly, but surely, things are coming together at the new house.
My upper body is all stiff from sanding.
Neil, that stripping gel works ok, but is certainly not economically feasible.
This is a shot of Melissa changing the deadbolts.

Bowling

Many Apologies for this hideous Blogger "NavBar" that you now see up top. It is a byproduct of Google taking over Blogger. When you upgrade to the new Google version they "say" that your template won't change. Well...except for the NavBar that you have already removed. -sigh- eventually somebody will come up with code to get rid of it.

Gordon Downie

From our archives: G. Downie of The Tragically Hip, Dec 31 2004 New Year's Eve concert. I forgot about these pics. Here I am running around trying to master a D-SLR and this came from our old 3.1mp Fuji point-n-shoot. Neil you better dust that thing off and get shooting.
